Services we offer

Through our Site we make available to you a range of bridging loans. We also utilise a live chat function on our Site, in order to provide you with more details of the services we offer.

The accuracy of the loan quotes depends upon the accuracy of the information you have provided. Legacy Release will conduct checks to verify the accuracy of the information you have provided. If information you have provided changes as a result of these checks, the original offer may be changed or withdrawn.

The expected time periods from submitting your application to receiving your loan funds are only a guide. Any delay in the returning of your loan documents, proof of identification and/or delays with any third party we need to contact in order to process your application, may result in your application taking longer to complete.

Please note that any bridging loans shown to you via our website or other marketing providers are provided by us on the basis of a regulatory exemption, as per CONC App 1.4 of the Handbook of the Financial Conduct Authority (the FCA). This means that we are not regulated or authorised in the United Kingdom or elsewhere, and we are not undertaking any regulated activities.  

We do not provide any advice or guidance that any particular loan or arrangement is suitable for you or your circumstances. If you have any concerns regarding this, you should speak to an independent financial advisor.  

Your use of our Site

This Site is owned by Legacy Release and is protected by copyright and database rights. You acknowledge that all trademarks (registered or unregistered), pictures, layout and other content used in providing this service shall remain the property of Legacy Release at all times.

You shall not copy, adapt, exploit or otherwise use the information contained on this Site in any way, save for the downloading and temporary storage of one or more of these pages for the purpose of viewing on a personal computer or terminal, provided that you do not delete any copyright and other proprietary notices contained therein.

We make no assurances that your use of this Site will not infringe the rights of third parties.

Legacy Release reserves the right to refuse access to this Site or any component of it. We may at any time, at the discretion of the Site’s management, refuse access to certain areas of this Site to any individual it chooses – this refusal of access may take whatever form the management deem suitable.

This Site is controlled and operated by Legacy Release from the United Kingdom. Legacy Release makes no assurances that materials in this Site are appropriate or available for use in other locations. Those who choose to access this Site from other locations do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with any and all local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable. No material from this Site may be downloaded, exported or re-exported into (or to a national or resident of) any countries that are subject to UK exporting restrictions/legal or socio-economic sanctions.

You agree that you will not use our Site to commit or encourage any criminal offence, including but not limited to harming a minor in any way and stalking or harassing another, and that you will not try to make money from our Site or ask anyone to pay you to use our Site.

We are not responsible for any website we link to

If you leave our Site, whether or not you realise that you are leaving, we are no longer in any way responsible for the material on the other website that you enter. Our responsibility for loss or damage suffered by you

The information that is made available on our Site and via our live chat service is intended for general information purposes only and is provided on an ‘as is’ basis without any warranties of any kind. In case you suffer any loss when you do use our Site, Legacy Release, its contractors, agents or employees are not responsible to you in any way for:

  • any losses that you suffer from your use or inability to use the Site;

  • any losses that you suffer if you use the Site for non-personal use;

  • any loss of revenue, profit, business or sales that you suffer; or 

  • any losses which are not foreseeable or are not obvious when you use the Site.

We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors and for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

If you are a consumer user please note that we only provide our Site for domestic and private use. You agree not to use our Site for any commercial or business purposes, and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.

Rules about linking to our Site

You may link to our Site, provided that you do so fairly and legally, and you do not damage our reputation. You may not link to our Site in a way that suggests Legacy Release knows or endorses you. You can only link from a website that you own.

If we don't like the way you've linked to our Site, we can instruct you to remove the link and you must comply.

We cannot promise that our Site, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted or be bug or virus free. You should therefore make sure you use anti-virus software. We will not be responsible to you for anything that happens if you can't access our Site.

By breaching the above provisions you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. Should you breach any of the above provisions we will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use our Site will cease immediately.

While we try and ensure that all information on this Site is accurate and up to date, errors may occur and we accept no liability for such errors. If we discover an error we will amend the Site as soon as reasonably possible.

You have sole responsibility for adequate protection and backup of data and/or equipment used by you in connection with this Site and will not make a claim against Legacy Release for lost data, re-run time, inaccurate output, work delays or lost profits resulting from the use of such materials.

Law and Jurisdiction

The subject matter and formation of these Terms and Conditions are governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, in relation to any dispute. For your protection you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts (except if you live in Northern Ireland, you can also go to the courts of Northern Ireland or if you live in Scotland, you can also go to the courts of Scotland).
